Jones Fuel Co. offers a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees.

The basic life insurance plan includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. AD&D provides benefits in case an accident causes a serious injury or death.

Employees in the following employment classifications are eligible to enroll in the life insurance plan:

* Regular full-time employees

The eligible employees may participate in the life insurance plan subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Jones Fuel Co. and its insurance carrier. Time off work is up to 12 weeks, and beyond that can be granted at the employer's direction.
