on a Friday, but when I saw that the weather was going to be bad that
day, I called on Thursday and asked if they could deliver that day
instead. They agreed right away and delivered at the exact time I
specified. The driver was actually waiting for me when I pulled in
the driveway. He quickly pulled his dump truck into my driveway,
dropped the topsoil exactly where I asked him to, took my check, and
drove off. It was all very neat, orderly, and efficient. I love

“I just wanted to say thank you for such great
customer service. I placed my order on Friday at 11:45 am, then
remembered that I would be in a meeting between 2 and 4PM, I received
a phone call, at noon, he said he could deliver
before 2 or after 4. The truck arrived at around 1:15 pm,
On the other hand, my sister ordered bagged mulch
and comtil from Ohio Mulch, paid on-line,
they told her it would be 2 weeks delivery. Her bank account
was charged immediately, she called them for about 4 days, they finally
delivered, did not tell her it was coming, did not require someone to
sign. Just threw the stuff on outside of her front yard fence, where
anyone could have taken it.
I will always use your company and refer you to my
friends and, the price was lower, the delivery faster, service
